Chelsea Dade is a social impact strategist, communications expert, and the Founder of Communicate For Health Justice (CFHJ) LLC, a youth workforce development hub and consultancy. Since 2018, through CFHJ, Chelsea has delivered tailored pro-youth initiatives and programs on the most important skill, communication, that mobilize youth of promise as actors in their health and the health of their communities.

Chelsea holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the College of William & Mary, and an M.S. in Health Communication from Northwestern University.
