Kimberly Merrill

Kimberly holds a B.S. in Geography from Northwest Missouri State University and an M.A. in Teaching and Professional School Counseling from Lindenwood University. She also holds Professional School Counseling Certification at the secondary level. Kimberly provides educational support, career counseling, and event coordination to a variety of organizations throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Her recognitions include being named a 2022 Gates Fellow for the National Career Attainment Network’s College and Career Readiness initiative, receiving the 2023 Apple for Teacher Award from the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Alpha Zeta Chapter, and earning the 2024 SEMO Counselor of the Year honor from the St. Louis American Foundation’s 37th Annual Salute to Excellence in Education.

In addition to her professional background in education and counseling, Kimberly also serves as a travel advisor and is a Certified Cruise Counselor through the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). She has completed advanced travel training, including a Bachelor of Adventure from Royal Caribbean University, a Master’s Degree from Norwegian Cruise Line University, Jamaica Travel Specialist certification, and the Carnival Cruise Line Learn & Earn Training Program.
